The Crafty Hammer was founded by Lachie Steinwede, a carpenter and site leader with over a decade of experience delivering high-end architectural residential projects across Sydney.

Throughout his career, Lachie has worked alongside respected architectural builders, contributing not only through skilled carpentry execution but also by stepping into leadership roles managing trades, coordinating workflow, and supporting overall project delivery. His hands-on experience across structural framing, detailed architectural finishes, and onsite management has shaped a deep understanding of what premium projects demand.
